A LOT has changed.
Like…A LOT 🤣💍🍼
I went from CHILDFREE AF to getting pregnant at 40 and having my daughter at 41.
All on purpose, all naturally… except for the freaking c-section to get her out. 😂
(Story for the podcast that I've been putting off recording, but ANYWAY.)
Nearly 4 months in and I am OBSESSED.
Also got married. Changed my last name. Still feels weird tbh. 😂
And at the beginning of 2025, I got let go from my "big whale" marketing job.
I decided to really give this whole "doing my own thing" thing a real shot.
Which honestly pushed me toward creating the thing I probably should've been creating all along.
I still work 1:1 with clients on social media marketing, brand strategy, and website design…
but I've always wanted a way to help MORE people without a 4-figure price tag (though I'm TOTALLY worth it lol)…
And without completely eating up all my time.
Especially in this mom era.
I want to spend as much time as possible with Baby A while building something that actually makes an impact.
So I created The Content Lab.
It's a community for business owners and creators who want real feedback, strategy, and support showing up online consistently… without feeling like they have to become some cringy influencer.
And if there's one thing I've been good at for the last decade, it's probably keeping it a little TOO real on the internet. 😂
